What is Rubio Monocoat?

How to apply Rubio Monocoat

Applying Rubio Monocoat is a simple and straight-forward process.

Prepare the floor according to industry guidelines. Rubio Monocoat recommends following the NWFA sanding procedure up to 120 grit.

Clean the floor using Rubio Monocoat Raw Wood Cleaner.

Once the floor is dry, apply Oil Plus 2C to the perimeter, then the field.

Applying Oil Plus 2C is done in 3 easy steps:

  1. Apply the oil.
  2. Allow 3-5 minutes for the oil to react.
  3. Remove ALL excess oil within 10-15 minutes.

Follow the 3-step process in areas you can accomplish within the 10-15 minute window. Oil Plus 2C will not lap line.
