Fortifiber FortiBoard Tape – Floor Protection Tape
FortiBoard Tape is a vapor permeable tape for use with all of Fortifiber’s surface protection products. Manufactured from natural kraft paper and a rubber-based adhesive, it has a moisture vapor permeance of >6 perms, so it won’t trap moisture. Yet it also delivers a minimum of 16 hours of moisture resistance, so it can stand up to spills and heavy traffic.
Fortifiber FortiFlash 40 – Moisture Barrier
FortiFlash 40 is a Class I, self-bonding, waterproof, vapor retarder membrane with self-sealing properties. It is ideally suited for use under floating or mechanically fastened wood panel subfloors under hardwood, carpet, laminate or resilient floors. It is a two-part material with an SBS modified asphalt base layer and a high strength, cross laminated, high density polymer film.
Fortifiber HWD-15 – Moisture Barrier
HWD-15 hardwood floor underlayment is an extremely effective moisture vapor retarder specifically designed for optimum performance in wood flooring applications. Consisting of a single layer of kraft paper saturated with asphalt, HWD-15 is a permeable vapor retarder.

Fortifiber Seekure – Floor Protection & Vapor Retarder
Fortifiber Building Systems Group’s Seekure Finished Floor Protection and Vapor Retarder is designed as protection over finished surfaces, walls or floors, as a vapor retarder under wood floors, and can be used with radiant heat. It provides greater strength and higher water resistance than common red rosin or thin construction paper. It is also fiberglass reinforced for “rip-stop” protection to limit tearing.
